MANUAL QUICK CHANGE
  
Grip's Quick change couplers consisting of two flanges, which can be assembled and separated by a quick manual precision closing mechanism. With these quick-change couplings the fixed glands between the robot and the tool are replaced as future tool change by conversion or repair saves time and money. The robot flange which contains closing mechanism is permanently mounted on the robot side and at each interchangeable size tool mounted in a flat. The construction is performed according to ISO 9409-1, but can also be delivered customized. They are made of aluminum, hardened, unhardened or stainless steel.
 
 
  
MGW
Manual Change Unit System

The manual Change Unit  system is developed for robot technology. As a coupling system between the robot and grippers resist model MGW great power despite its low weight.
The semi-cylindrical bolt, which can be operated by hand, from and connect the upper and lower portion of a single way. The size is in accordance with ISO 9409-1.

Drilling can be performed in accordance with standard or customer's request. Flange is made of heavy aluminum hardcoated. Other materials are also possible. MGW model can be combined with: vacuum couplings, type MED, grippers GP, GZ and GH in the same size as the targets on RBE.

 
 
 
SWS Change Unit System
 
SWS is developed for general use in many areas. It is equipped with the same simple principle as MGW model. Installation size is often under the ISO standard. A simple tool to suit the size of the semicylendriske bolt is needed to operate this system.

Flange is made of steel. A good alternative to the MGW model at a lower price.
 
 
 
 
SWA
Manual Change Unit System

The quick coupling adapter can be used in a lot of areas. By the design of this adapter has many years experience with switching systems has been facilitated. Using a new active principle, it has been possible to reduce the height to a minimum while maintaining the same funktonalitet and capacity. SWA operated using a horizontal screw umbracho.
